Chicken and cashew (stir-fried)
Stir frying is a basic Chinese cooking technique that requires efficiency in the speed of execution, the amount of heat used and the extent of stirring done to cook the food in the wok. Modern kitchen households offer auto stir fry devices that make it affordable to everyone.
Place chicken with seasoning in a bowl; let stand for 30 minutes. Heat little oil with salt in wok, add cashew, and then remove aside. Add vegetables and stir-fry for two minutes. Add Chicken then stir-fry until white and firm. Mix all together, and finally add cashew and cornstarch. Serve with steamed rice.
